Our product COOC APOCALYPSE C2 (2 KG) coffee roasting machine is ideal if you need to roast a consistent amount of coffee every week for a regular customer base.
Product highlights
- More than 2 KG per batch, 8 KG per hour
- Advanced double-walled drum design for good roasting homogeneity & green coffee charging from the rear of the drum
- Horizontal cylindrical drum with blades to ensure a good mixing of the coffee beans
- Blade design rotates clockwise to roast and counter-clockwise to discharge coffee
- Cooling system with separate gearbox & open top cooling drum
- The unique design of the coffee roaster in comparison with other products on the market
- All contact materials, drum, main shaft, hopper, oven, cooling system, exhaust pipes & side panels are made of stainless steel for hygiene, thermal properties, strength & longer machine life
- Roasting process powered by both ELECTRIC & GAS heating sources (separately or simultaneously)
- Heated up from above with adjustable electric elements
- Gas heating source located underneath the drum, with an insulated oven
- Manual control panel (touch screen panel available on request)
