In some cases, it may be sufficient to simply provide photographic or video evidence of the issue along with a description. There is no need to send the goods by post. This will save time and shipping costs, so please use the buttons above, where you can also upload photos.

Goods should be returned in an unworn, dry and clean condition. In the event that the returned goods are used or incomplete (for example, without packaging), we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount by the cost of restoring the item to its original condition in accordance with the law and the terms and conditions. It is reasonable to assume that customers would prefer to purchase goods from a seller who has not previously used them.

Please be advised that goods should not be returned to us on delivery. Any such goods will not be accepted upon delivery.

In the event that your package is damaged, which is an extremely rare occurrence, please notify the carrier and complete a damage report. If this is not the case, please notify us at your earliest convenience via the above form.
